Description
We will be welcoming the world to North Texas and want to ensure we are prepared and aware of international cultures and traditions while providing the highest level of customer service for a memorable experience.
This is a 90-minute cultural training session to learn more about FIFA, the teams, players, and matches in North Texas. Also, the rankings of all 48 teams, the dates and times for all matches in U.S., Canada, and Mexico as well as information about Fan Fest at Fair Park.
Attendees will learn the many differences between the U.S. and other cultures, plus 20-25 words in the team’s language, in English, and phonetically. This will provide an easy way to welcome all of your guests with a warm Hello in their language.
Information on North Texas “Must See and Do Attractions, entertainment and nightlife, shopping, restaurants, fun facts, banks (international), Places of Worship (including the cultures that will be in our cities), transportation throughout North Texas, translators, flag stores, Chambers of Commerce, International Chambers, Consulates, and Sister Cities that will relate to the teams and visitors and will be the perfect reference for all locations.
This cultural training session is free to all attendees, and attendees will also earn 1.5 CEUs at the completion of the program. A certificate will be sent to you following the class with your name and you will also receive the QR Code for the Resource Guide and Showcasing North Texas Cities.
