32nd Annual HANTX Golf Classic Donation Form

In 2026, HANTX will celebrate its 100th anniversary - a century of advocacy, leadership and commitment to the hospitality industry.  

You are invited to be part of The Hotel Association of North Texas’ 32nd Annual Golf Tournament on Monday, May 11, 2026, at the beautiful Bear Creek Golf Club by donating an item, or experience to our silent auction, raffle, or Golfer swag bags.

By making an in-kind donation (hotel stay, gift certificate, basket or item) to our event, you are helping to support the hospitality industry and its thousands of employees through advocacy efforts, educational programs and providing scholarships—continuing a 100-year legacy of strengthening and advancing the hospitality industry.

Notes/Restrictions/Expirations:

Items need to be received by May 4, 2026.  HANTX Tax ID Number 75-1286204.

Gift certificates for products/services should have an expiration date no earlier than one year from the tournament date.

Player Swag Bag Donation
Items to be provided in our Golfer Swag Bags.

Each of our golfers receives a player swag bag at the tournament.  If you would like to donate an item to be included in the bags, please let us know.  These items will need to be received at the HANTX office no later than Tuesday, May 5th.
