You are invited to be a valued part of The Hotel Association of North Texas’ 31^st Annual Golf Tournament on Monday, May 12, 2025, at the beautiful Bear Creek Golf Club by donating an item, or experience, that will help us raise crucial funds that support the hospitality industry.

By making an in-kind donation (hotel stay, gift certificate, basket or item) to our event, you are helping to support the hospitality industry and its thousands of employees through advocacy efforts, educational programs and providing scholarships for students and our hotel colleagues.

Notes/Restrictions/Expirations:

Items need to be received by May 2, 2025.  HANTX Tax ID Number 75-1286204.

Gift certificates for products/services should have an expiration date no earlier than one year from the tournament date.
