DESCRIPTION:Join us for our hotel visits where we distribute our Allied Resource Guides to our hoteliers through personal visits throughout the year. As a HANTX member\, your company is listed within our online directory where you have 24/7 access but in addition\, you may also have an information sheet\, or "One Sheet" within the guide too. We will visit a select number of hotels on each visit. This is an excellent way to meet with our hoteliers and get to know some of our other allied members. The number of Allied Partners is limited to 4 for each visit and is also limited to one Allied Partner per category. We want to make sure all of our Allied Partners have an opportunity to participate in these calls so you may be placed on a waitlist if you have participated in a recent hotel visit trip or if there are two or more company's representing the same service category. Important Reminder: If you have not yet turned in your "One Sheet\," please remember to bring them with you on your scheduled day or send your copies to Sarah at the HANTX Office.
