The Culinarian is responsible for the production of consistent product to meet and exceed our guests' needs in a timely manner. On a daily basis must monitor food production, quality and consistency. This position will rotate through the different areas of the kitchen such as Garde Manger, Pastry, Banquet and Restaurants. It is a great opportunity to learn and get exposure to the different areas of the Culinary Operation in the Hospitality Industry. The ideal candidate must be passionate& excited about food with a desire to develop into future culinary positions
