The Culinary Supervisor is responsible for producing a consistent quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' needs in a timely manner. This person will support in the supervision, training and development of the culinary team, and will also assist in the monitoring of payroll cost and overtime. The Culinary Supervisor is expected to support the Sous Chef in the kitchen’s operation and should be capable of assuming the responsibility of the kitchen in the absence of the Sous Chef. The right person should be familiar and have a comprehensive understanding of a hotel kitchen operation. Skills and knowledge include culinary education, basic cost control understanding, leadership skills, organizational skills and computer skills.

- Texas Food Handlers Certification
Culinary Degree or relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Experience in a high volume restaurant required
Experience in banquet operations strongly desired
Must be a team player and a dynamic leader
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
Continuous authorization to work in the U.S.
