Front Office Manager

The Front Office Manager is responsible for the efficient management of the Hotel Front Office with the goal of delivering quality customer service and maximizing room revenues and occupancy. This includes all front desk and customer service functions and the training and development of the front desk staff.

Requirements

  • Preferred front desk supervisor or manager experience
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must have previous hotel experience
  • Knowledge of Delphi and Maestro a plus
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; OR one to two years related experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
