Sales & Catering Administrative Assistant
The Sales and Catering Administrative Assistant must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to use their excellent customer service and problem solving skills at any given moment. This position is responsible for providing administrative assistance for the Sales and Catering office, including filing, phone screening, Manage and facilitate all campus events, meeting and greeting groups upon arrival and miscellaneous administrative duties.
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must have previous Hotel Experience
- Knowledge of Delphi and Maestro a plus
- High School diploma required
