Parking Systems of America manages all verticals of the parking operation for Class A office garages, surface lots, hotel and hospitality facilities, valet operations, venue operations, and special events. PCA currently has over 400+ parking facililties, over 150,000 managed parking stalls, and employs over 800 full-time and part-time employees.

Parking Systems of America was founded in 1972 by Fred Baker, in Dallas, Texas. Over the years we established a hard earned reputation built on service, and acquired one customer after another, often by word of mouth. As we grew, we never lost sight of our customers’ needs and always stayed true to the original vision. Parking Systems is a family-run entrepreneurial business spearheaded and led by its executive staff out of our corporate headquarters in Dallas.

Today, Parking Systems continues to develop new and innovative value-added solutions for its clients while also pursuing new avenues of growth. We use state-of-the-art digital meter parking hardware and software that allows for trending real-time live reporting and dynamic price change implementations, as well as, the convenience to accept credit cards, coins, and paper tender.

Our expertise in parking management allows us to handle all phases of parking, as well as, cash control, ticket inventory management, budgeting, reporting, audit functions, payroll, personnel management and maintenance of the facilities. Today, we have expanded to six states operating more than 400 locations; servicing nearly 20,000 customers per day.
