HR Wage & Benefit 2025 Survey

HANTX will be conducting a 2025 Wage & Benefit Survey this first quarter. Results will be available earlier this year - by April 11 in time for budgeting purposes. 

This survey is very robust and featured information on hourly wages for a variety of positions but also covered a broad range of benefits including holidays and vacations, sick leave, health and life insurance, meals, and parking expenses. 

All hoteliers in the DFW/North Texas area are eligible and invited to participate. There is a minimal cost to participate. Only those hoteliers who participate in the survey will receive the survey results. A minimum of 25 participating properties are needed for the wage survey to have any valuable impact.
