5th Annual HOT Chef Throwdown

Calling All Hotel Chefs For A Special Culinary Event! We are excited to announce we are back with the 5th Annual HOT(el) Chef Throwdown on June 23, 2025! 

In partnership with the World Food Championships and Dallas College, were going to give 20 of our best chefs a chance to show off their talents and help us raise money for future members of the hospitality industry. 

The best part? These chefs will be duking it out to earn a “golden ticket” and prize money to compete in this year’s World Food Championship. 

This year the 13th Annual World Food Championships will be in Indianapolis October 16-19, 2025.  We would love to have our golden ticket winners serve as ambassadors of our region's culinary scene and again - highlight our fabulous and creative hotel chefs.
