HANTX Annual Meeting

Join us for the Hotel Association of North Texas Annual Meeting on March 23rd. Our annual luncheon will feature an informative program, highlight the activities of the Association and voting on our new HANTX 2022-2023 Board of Directors. Our topic is on Purpose-Built Development: How Communities Of All Sizes Are Creating Authentic & Memorable Destinations and the value of placemaking and profiling how even small communities and suburbs can create compelling destinations through various case studies and examples throughout the area and beyond. In addition, an update on the Dallas Convention Center project will be provided.

Over the past 25 years, Mr. Hunden has provided economic development, finance, and planning expertise and has conducted more than 800 feasibility and economic impact studies, including for some of the most notable transformative development projects in the U.S. He has had a hand in the development of more than $6 billion in completed, transformative projects, including arenas, convention centers, major convention hotels, compelling boutique hotels, entertainment districts in several cities, theme parks and major tourist attractions.
