HR Wage & Benefit 2026 Survey

HANTX will be conducting a 2026 Wage & Benefit Survey this first quarter. Results will be available earlier this year in April in time for budgeting purposes. 

This survey is very robust and featured information on hourly wages for a variety of positions but also covered a broad range of benefits including holidays and vacations, sick leave, health and life insurance, meals, and parking expenses. 

All hoteliers in the DFW/North Texas area are eligible and invited to participate.  

There is a minimal cost to participate. Only those hoteliers who participate in the survey will receive the survey results. A minimum of 25 participating properties are needed for the wage survey to have any valuable impact.
