Women in Hospitality Program: Feed your Soul – Mind, Body & Spirt

Join us for our next Women in Hospitality program that will be a workshop with Chef Nikky Phinyawatana owner of Asian Mint Restaurant Group.

During this afternoon workshop, you'll hear from Chef Nikky on her culinary journey while balancing life and career and learn about the transformative power of eating meditation. You will learn to pay attention to all the sensations of eating from smelling to tasting and even bring some awareness to your unconscious eating habits. Closing out the program, we will take part in a fun and interactive afternoon of making mocktails and summer rolls.
